DePaul Blue Demons vs. South Florida Bulls, CIB Finals 1st game. The grand finale of one of the tournaments for teams that did not make it to the NCAA Tournament arrived. So far the CIB has been entertaining, but the Blue Demons came to the finals working hard. Apart from the tournament, the regular season for the Blue Demons was not the best, but they have been able to compensate with the results of the tournament. The Bulls also had problems in the regular season, many losses and few positive results. The CIB has positively served both teams to repair the poor results.
DePaul Blue Demons: We are great.
The Blue Demons finished the regular season in eighth place in the Big East Conference with seven wins and eleven losses. Only two victories in the last seven games of the regular season. In the championship for the conference they could not do anything either, the first game was lost against St. John’s 74-82. But everything changed during the start of the CIB, the first three games were strong victories Central Michigan 100-86, Longwood 97-89 and Coastal Carolina 92-87.
