NFC vs. AFC, Pro Bowl. The last game before the super bowl. Both conferences with new talents, and some players showed all the skills in the competitions that have been given before the pro bowl. The AFC will have the new talent with the quaterbacks, young talent like Patrick Mahomes who lost the opportunity against Tom Brady. In the NFC the talent of veterans like Brees will be in charge of leading the conference, the youngest will be Trubisky. The conferences will have two of the best available coaches.
AFC: With young blood.
All players are not expected to be available for the pro bowl as always, but probably Patrick Mahomes will be present to play. Mahomes a couple of days ago won the MVP Pro Football Focus Award, but is still waiting for the Associated Press MVP Award. The AFC is not favored this season, the defense is young but it really does not matter in this type of events.
This is another year that Tom Brady will not be in the Pro Bowl, but with Patrick Mahomes, Andrew Luck and Deshaun Watson the show is sure to be good. Anthony Lynn will be in charge of the direction of this team, surely the score will be high for the talent in the AFC and the quaterbacks.
Patrick Mahomes closed the season with 66% in completions and 5097 yards. Andrew Luck with 67.3% and 4593 yards and Deshaun Watson with 68.3% and 4165 yards in the regular season.
NFC: Favorites with Brees.
Drew Brees after losing at home still thinking about the mistakes he made against the Rams, but that’s history. This year the NFC will be directed by Jason Garret, it was not a bad season for him but he could be better. Other quaterbacks with the NFC will be Russell Wilson and Mitchell Trubisky. Veteran running backs and receivers will be with the NFC and will surely have the opportunity to show the same talent of the regular season.
Other players will not be available since they will be playing in the super bowl with the Patriots or Rams, but basically it’s the same people. In the pro-bowls the defensive is not important, since the contact between the players is minimal, but the running backs and receivers have more freedoms.
Drew Brees closed the regular season with 74.4% in completed passes and 3992 yards with 32 TDs and only 5 interceptions. Russell Wilson with 65.6% and 3448 yards. Trubisky the youngest of this team finished the season with 66.6% in passes and 3223 yards.
